Payments Buying and delivery.
Customers can buy any items available on our websites and mobile applications 24/7 ,supermarkets and restaurants may not sell their products 24/7.Our supported payment methods are Airtel,MTN,zamtel mobile money and Visa card,please note that some Payment methods may not be listed at certain times due to technical or regulatory issues.

Our customers can buy products on our platforms at any time of the day or night and get the products delivered to them,delivery time may vary according to your area.
In order to effectively serve you better with accurate delivery,orders have very cheap delivery fees to transport the products you purchased to where you are located,the delivery fee may vary according to where you are located and where the store you purchased from is located.
Door to door delivery is currently only in Lusaka,Ndola and kitwe, clients in areas of the rest of the nation have pickup points. For customers in areas of door to door deliveries the rider will contact you,if you are not reachable or delay to collect your items,,the rider will wait for a maximum time of 5 minutes there after the rider will go.The client May pay additional fees when they are available and the rider is not in range.
Refund policy
Customers can claim refunds for products according to the store’s refund policy to which the order was made.refund policies vary according to store and every store’s refund policy is displayed.we encourage our customers to carefully check the store’s refund policies before they buy from the store.
Intellectual property
All images,videos in form of product,poster and advertisement posted by any vendor on any easycart platfom belongs to the vendor and easycart and is regarded as intellectual property , therefore if a user redistributes this intellectual property without permission,easycart will not be responsible if any legal action is taken against that user.We encourage our users to carefully read and follow our user terms agreement. user accounts and security.
